What began in Karen’s kitchen at Last Tree Farm in Wexford has blossomed into a thriving chocolate brand beloved across Ireland and internationally. From humble beginnings creating single-origin chocolate bars, Bean and Goose now offers a full range of indulgent products for gifting, hospitality, and retail. Our chocolate is available in specialty stores, cafes, hotels, and bakeries, all proudly highlighting sustainable ingredients and innovative flavors.
In 2023, we opened The Chocolate Bar—a café dedicated to the immersive experience of chocolate-making. Located within our Gorey workshop, The Chocolate Bar reflects the heart of our brand: a cozy, welcoming space where visitors can enjoy our signature hot chocolate, handcrafted treats, and seasonal creations. It’s more than a café—it’s a place where people can experience the craft behind our chocolate, watching as we create each batch with care and passion.

We use only sustainably sourced cacao, ensuring fair compensation for the farmers we work with in Ecuador, where our beans are grown.
