David Swaine, a native of Gorey has been working in the property market since since 2002 and has served on the Board of Directors for Property Partners Nationwide, and is a qualified member of both IPAV and SCSI who are the governing bodies for the property industry in Ireland.

David grew up outside Ballycanew village and it was always his intention to open a Gorey branch of OBrien Swaine Property Partners alongside his two other offices based in Clondalkin and Dundrum.
