Praba has been working with a wide range of world cuisines since starting his career at a culinary college in the South of France 20 years ago. He has had a vision of how he wanted his next restaurant to be a culmination of all the best influences and ideas he has been developing over these years and is now delighted to welcome you to 100 Degrees, Gorey.

We are open for both lunch and dinner, offering a modern Irish-European menu and are available to cater for private parties and any of your specific dietary requirements.

We source our produce locally and our menus change depending on the availability of fresh, seasonal produce.
