Teen CrossFit : Our Teen Strength and Conditioning classes are tailored for the teen athlete and are a great alternative to team sports, however they can also be used to increase performance for any given sport. In these classes we gradually build a solid foundation of technique and strength. Aimed at teens 14-17yrs. This class is available: Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. As places are limited- please register below to select your class. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme designed to produce a broad and general fitness. CrossFit programmes concentrate on varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness. The result: people are prepared for any physical challenge.
