Beginners Yoga with Erika
This class with Yoga Gorey, is designed to teach basic forms of the poses (asanas) focussing on cultivating a stable foundation.
Students will learn how to stand correctly, where to place your hands and feet in various asanas and how to get into the pose.
The class will look at some basic breath awareness in the poses following the inhale and exhale.
After every class, the student will get to take away something new to practice at home.
Practicing outside the class for even 10-15 minutes will have positive effects on the mind and body.
