Gorey Market House Festival over the August Bank Holiday Weekend promises to be the greatest yet!
It’s going to be a weekend filled with free music concerts from artists including Tuesday at Six, Fusion, Jake Carter, Tommy Carroll, the Hothouse Flowers plus an action packed programme of family events.
Friday sees Beat FM Beat on the Street with DM Mark McCabe, Wild Youth, Chris Ward, Sean and Conor Price, and Tuesday at Six. Starts at 7.30pm.
On Saturday, August 4, Jake Carter takes to the stage, along with Fusion. Starts at 7.30pm.
And, on Sunday, August 5, Tommy Carroll, Sam Ali, The Remedy Club, Dave Clark, Johnny the Fox and Hothouse Flowers wow the crowd. Starts at 6pm.

There’s loads of art exhibitions, also, with Peripheries Destroy All Heroes in the periphery space in Gorey School of Art. Check out the annual photo exhibition from Gorey Photography Club in Gorey Library and Gorey Art Circle’s summer expo in Gorey Market House.
Play Day in Gorey Town Park on Saturday, sponsored by Altura Credit Union! Starts at 1pm, with puppet shows, magicians, stilt walkers, Polish games, Airmax slide, climbing wall, food stalls. Also featuring Whelans Pharmacy Teddy Bear Clinic!
And there will be a field day in Naomh Eanna GAA grounds on Monday, from 2pm – 5pm.
