Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· To offer excellent customer service to all our guests at all times

· To be an active team member ensuring quality is delivered on each and every coffee and pastry

· Ensuring that all coffees are served in immaculate condition and in a professional and warm manner.

· Work with management on what is already in place, and build relationships with key suppliers to create a diverse and interesting coffee offering
