KEVIN MCGAHERN: SHOWING OFF
Fresh from hosting the 2nd season of RTE’s hit panel show Clear History, Kevin McGahern is steppin out from behind the desk and steppin up to the mic for his all new stand-up tour.
Looking back on his childhood, the one phrase Kevin kept hearing was “Stop Showing Off”. Now the star of Republic of Telly and Hardy Bucks finds himself in the one job where “Showing Off” is not only encouraged but in fact, a contractual obligation. Topics covered include: the dangers of choosing your celebrity Hall Pass and failing to reach enlightenment while taking Ayahuasca in Cavan.
Every word of this is true, apart from the bits made up.
“Funny, bright and entertaining” Irish Independent
“Go and have a laugh at this alarmingly suited, funny, friendly Irishman. I am still laughing” The Scotsman
