The Teddy Bear's Picnic Returns to Wells House & Gardens
Sunday is the day the Teddy Bear’s have their picnic at the beautiful Wells House and Gardens! 2022 sees the return of this hugely popular event with young families as little ones are invited to bring their Teddy Bear on a fun day out! The Wells Teddy Bear will be there to meet and great everyone and there will also be Live Music and a BBQ from 1.30pm
On the Saturday of the Bank Holiday Weekend Wells will also host family fun in the form of face painting and glitter tattoos and there will also be some kids music to kick start your Bank holiday weekend at Wells!

Gorey Cars and Coffee for Ukraine
Gorey Motor Club are back with a Bank Holiday Gorey Cars&Coffee event this coming Monday May 2nd at Tesco Extra Car Park.
They will be having a bucket collection to aid front line humanitarian aid and transportation costs of supplies to the Ukrainian border.
They will also facilitate in the. collection and delivery of the following items,
Thermal tops and bottoms, men’s underwear and socks, weather proof jackets and pants (not hi-vis)
Hunting and fishing clothes.
Head torches and batteries, sun glasses, sleeping bags and tents, walkie talkies Individual first aid kits and full first aid kits, crutches wheelchairs Hospital level medicines, trauma kits.
Enjoy a yummy breakfast at Partridges before hitting the shops
Aside from being without doubt one of the best shopping towns in Ireland, Gorey is filled with independently owned cafes!
If you are planning a shopping visit then be sure to set aside enough time to take sufficient breaks in one of our many cafes!
But they say breakfast is THE most important meal of the day so how about some delicious French Toast from Partridges on our Main St!
