Club Amber Springs are recruiting for a Swim Administrator and Lifeguard to work as part of the team in Club Amber.

 

Weekend work, shift work and flexibility are required in this position.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include the following:

To supervise all aspects of swim lessons in Club Ambers

Ensure lessons are run safely

Ensure lessons are run to a max capacity and max revenue.

To carry out life guarding duties and ensure rules and regulations are adhered to.

To supervise and control swimming pool

To be responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the club

To carry out regular checks that the pool and plant equipment is operating correctly.

To communicate and promote our services and facilities to guests

To ensure that the guests needs and requirements are met

Swim Instructor Qualified

Life Guard Qualified

Be a qualified fitness instructor

Be available to work flexible hours (including weekends)

 

Desirable Extras

First Aid qualified

Pool Plant operator qualified
