Alpaca Lodge was established in 2022 in Ballyedmond Co. Wexford by Orla and Caitriona, who are the seventh generation of the Mordaunt’s to farm the land at Wells, Gorey, Co Wexford.

Alpaca lodge offers  a unique alpaca trekking experience set on a working family farm in Co. Wexford. Take a stroll and enjoy the outdoors and countryside surroundings alongside one of our lovable alpacas. Enjoy the  unique Alpaca experience by jumping straight into the field and meeting our six lovable alpacas Al, Teddy, Hamish, Ducky, Nelson and Tutti Fruity This experience allows you to enjoy a full alpaca experience including learning about alpacas, meeting and greeting the alpacas, and enjoying walking the alpacas in the scenic farm countryside of Co. Wexford.

If you are an animal lover this is the perfect experience for you. You will also get a chance to meet our Black nosed Valais and Jacob lambs and sheep.

The Alpaca trekking experience is perfect for people over the age of 12 years old and up and the alpaca meet and greet is ideal for children.

The meet and greet experience last approximately 30 minutes you will get a chance to feed and learn about alpacas. When you make a booking, it will be private for your group as we love giving visitors a unique personal experience and time to interact with the alpacas and sheep.
